Solvent-free bulk material

The bulk material is solvent-free. No flammable gases, vapors or hybrid mixtures are present.

Environment zone 1 or 2 →Info

The bulk material is solvent-free. However, the packaging material is handled in a zone 1 or 2.

Solvent-moist bulk material →Info

The bulk material is solvent-moist. The flammable solvent has a flash point that is no more than 5 K for pure liquids or 15 K for solvent mixtures above the working and storage temperature. It must there¬fore be assumed that the packaging material is in zone 0. The environment is either solvent-free or assigned to zone 1 or 2. The inner zone defines the requirements of the packaging material.

When handling solvent-moist bulk material, dust clouds do not usually occur. It is therefore not necessary to assume the presence of hybrid mixtures. Hybrid mixtures are therefore not considered in the following results.

The results listed here cannot be taken into account for evaluating hybrid mixtures.
