Young workers under the age of 25 have accidents significantly more often than others. According to the French “Caisse nationale de l’Assurance Maladie”, their risk is 2.5 times higher; comparable findings are also available in Germany.

Furthermore, new employees often have a lower awareness of risks. Therefore it i more important to integrate young workers safely and healthily into the world of work, to provide them with practical knowledge to them and to get them familiar with workplace procedures.
