In the 11th edition of the web talk series “Let’s talk about OSH – Have you ever…?” organized by the ISSA Special Commission on Prevention, with the contribution of the Prevention Sections on Electricity, Gas and Water, Transportation and Machine and System Safety we will explore the the topic of gamification in prevention.

As workplaces become increasingly complex, organizations are looking for innovative ways to capture attention and encourage participation in building a safety culture. One approach gaining growing interest is gamification. By integrating elements, such as challenges, collaboration, storytelling, feedback and rewards into learning processes, gamification can help transform safety from a compliance exercise into an engaging experience.

In this edition of “Let’s talk about OSH” we will examine how gamification can support learning, improve knowledge retention, and encourage safer behavior at work.

How can game-based approaches be applied meaningfully in prevention? What makes them effective? And where are their limits? These are some of the questions moderator Bernd Treichel will discuss with the speakers of this episode.
