This webinar introduces the results of an EU funded project undertaken by ERASMUS +, which encourages and supports international scientific collaboration. The project aimed at
strengthening the knowledge and skills of targeted professionals in the design of human-centred workplaces. The resulting tool, Train4work, is a training tool on HFE for non-
specialists that is useful for HFE promotion. It includes:
•a flexible and easy to implement IT tool to facilitate the relation of ergonomics specialists with other stakeholders.
•requirements for local facilitators to ensure that the course is implemented in an effective way and according to certain quality demands (preferably by an ergonomics professional)
